I’m a science manager/administrator who works at the Max Planck Society’s Planck Academy, where I support early career researchers by coordinating professional development programs. If that’s what brought you here, you can find me on LinkedIn.
Trained as an academic philosopher, I also do some philosophy in my spare time—for example, I’m currently teaching a course each semester as a Lehrbeauftragter at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Regensburg.
This is my personal website, which I maintain to share my philosophical work. There’s also a blog, though I don’t post there very much these days. The website’s and blog’s name, the logos must go on, goes back to my graduate student days—and I’m far too nostalgic about it to change it anytime soon.
- I’m not a former campaign manager of Jimmy Carter (and I didn’t snort cocaine in New Orleans in 1978).
- I don’t run “Land Gasthaus Kraft” near Kassel.
- I’m not chairman of the bored.
- I’m not professor of operations and supply chain management.
- I’m not a copyright lawyer and I have never worked for SuperRTL.
- I’m not a doctoral researcher working on digital transformation.
- I’m not specialised in the management and repair of damage to buildings of all kinds.
- I never played football for VfL Bochum as a defensive midfielder and I was never sent off in the 65th minute of any football match.
